The telephone authorities have facilities for tracing malicious calls. Special instruments for Caller Identification are a very good investment to deal with such situations. These days many instruments come with built-in Caller Identification facility. However to avail of this facility you shall need to subscribe the same with your local telephone provider. Such tracing / caller identification facilities should be arranged as a first step in dealing with the malicious/bomb threat calls in those organizations experiencing bomb threat calls. Efforts should also be given maximum publicity for such arrangements as such publicity will act as a deterrent to mischief mongers.
