Though the roofs themselves are very strong, but Duct terminations, louvers and fan housings should be carefully examined to see whether they are removable, and if so whether access to the building could be possible though such openings. Any opening larger than head of an adult should be guarded by steel grill. The weak spots in roofs are of course the openings and any door leading to the roof must be secured. A metal door in a metallic frame are a god option. If opening skylights are essential, then grills are a must to protect entry though them.
